Ecotec announces acquisition of Gas Data Limited

Ecotec International Holdings, LLC (“ECOTEC Group”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Gas Data Limited and its parent company, Innovational Technologies Limited, which is expected to strengthen the state-of-the-art portfolio of highest quality gas detection, gas analysis and air quality monitoring solutions.

Founded 30 years ago, Gas Data has built a reputation for excellent customer service and highest quality products that are recognized performance leaders in their fields. In the UK market, they also provide a full range of installation, commissioning, and maintenance services. Gas Data’s operations are fully supported by ATEX certification (80079-34 ATEX) as well as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) standards, which prove their dedication to continuous improvement and drive for excellence.

ECOTEC and Gas Data use similar core technologies and serve complementary markets. As a result, the acquisition represents an opportunity to expand capabilities and extend geographic reach, in addition to furthering the combined portfolio of methane-focused environmental solutions.
